Technical Readout: 3031 (abbreviated TRO: 3130), is a fan produced TRO created by John Campbell for his The Confederation of Worlds AU. In this book includes fan created BattleMechs, LAMs, Ultralight BattleMech, Aerospace Fighters, and Combat Vehicles.
Included in this Online book included profiles written up by player produced BattleMechs using Technology levels found in BattleTech Master Rules, Revised Edition Book (BMR) Rules and (then) experimental rules found in the Maximum Tech. Some Home brew rules "Level 4" can be found entries, that may not work for all players attempting to adapt them with Total Warfare came rules and their advanced rules.

Canonicity[edit]
